Last year Milos Group achieved the status of the world’s largest manufacturer of modular aluminium truss & staging systems with the simultaneous acquisitions of TomCat in USA andLitec in Italy.
We are pleased to announce another recent addition to the Group with the purchase of UK lighting / speaker stand and truss lift manufacturer Mobil Tech International. For many years Mobil Tech has worked in close partnership with Milos with the distribution of OEM products including popular PAD, PAX & PAZ truss ranges & accessories within the entertainment industry.
At present we are in the process of transferring operations from Letchworth, Hertfordshire to fully integrate within Milos UK’s Design & Distribution Centre in Cambridgeshire. The Mobil Tech range will be supplied as part of the extensive Milos portfolio and it is planned that design & production will move to our 250,000sq’ft European Head Quarters near Prague, Czech Republic.
Peter Stressing joins the Milos UK team and will lead new business development for all Milos products and continue close support for existing Mobil Tech clients. Sales & Marketing Director Glen Brown explains, "the arrangement made perfect sense, Peter joins us with a wealth of industry knowledge and experience in our products. The addition of Mobil Tech products to our range further expands our Group capabilities and target markets."
The new agreement now provides access to the widest range of products, comprehensive design & technical support, and many exciting new developments planned for the future.
